VOLUNTEER APPLICATION NEEDED
Many parents, family members, and community people have already volunteered and many more will do so during the school year. ALL THESE INDIVIDUALS NEED TO BE REGISTERED. The School District of Palm Beach County requires all non-paid (volunteer) people who work with students, volunteer on campus or at school events to complete the District Volunteer Application. VOLUNTEERS MUST RE-REGISTER EVERY YEAR.

This requirement is necessary for the safety of our students - your children. It is also for the safety of our volunteers. All registered volunteers are covered by insurance when volunteering at the school. PLEASE COMPLETE A VOLUNTEER APPLICATION if you volunteer in any way at the school or would like to in the future. The District has an ONLINE VIPS SYSTEM for completing applications and for logging in volunteer hours.

Please stop by the Volunteer Office in the Dwyer Administration Office ASAP to complete your online registration form. Once you've completed the form and the computer acknowledges saving it, please sign in and sign back out to register a half hour for completing the form. You can also email me your volunteer hours on a monthly basis. Let me know which area you volunteered and the hours and I will log them in for you.

This application must be filled out using the school district online volunteer system (VIPS). Sign-in stations are available in the Main Office or the Volunteer Office located in the Main Office or at any school PC that is hooked up to the District Intranet. Log intohttps://vips.palmbeach.k12.fl.us/ and enter our school code of 2201. Contact the volunteer office for additional information.

Remember if you volunteer at another school let me know which ones and I'll get those schools added to your registration form. You only need to complete one registration form.
