Myrtle Beach, SC: The deposit deadline has been extended to Wednesday, November 30th. The initial payment is $150. Your child received the paperwork during band class a couple of weeks ago. If you are attending the trip please send in your paperwork and payment no later than Wednesday. Please see the FORMS page for all the forms and information if you didn't receive them. The payment plan for the trip is as follows:
November 30: $150 ($50 nonrefundable)
December 22: $120
January 24: $120
February 24: balance to be determined
4th and final fair share payment is now due:
The last payment towards marching band fair-share is now due:
Instrument players - $100
Guard members - $30
Please remember that we need these fair share payments in order for the band to operate and succeed. The financial contract that all parents signed at the beginning of the year indicates that the marching band members are obligated to pay their fair share. Any students that are not current can be placed on obligation with the school and will not receive their report card or diploma until their band account is paid. You should be receiving monthly account statements from the treasurer, Dawn Ennis. You can email her at enniskd@live.com if you need additional information.
Online payments: Fair-share fees can be paid online using the website https://www.schoolcashonline.com . You can make payments in increments of $50, $100 and $150. Please consider using this convenient method of making your payments.
Band photos now available for purchase!
The individual and large composite group photo taken at the school will be available for purchase online at:

To purchase photos, find the photo you want. Click on the photo, at the top of the new page click on the "shopping cart" logo. A page with sizes and prices will open.
